William O’Neill joined Kathryn after devoting the last 33 years of his law practice to real estate, construction and business sales.  Bill’s legal experience and his professional career before he began practicing law in the defense, intelligence and critical infrastructure markets is invaluable to the Law Firm’s corporate clientele.

Bill attended Seattle University School of Law (formerly University of Puget Sound Law School) in Tacoma, Washington and graduated in 1989.  He earned his B.A. from the University of New England. Bill is licensed in Washington State and Mississippi and serves the Law Firm’s corporate clients for their transactional needs.
